Olive Oil Extra Virgin
Extra virgin olive oil produced from the varieties that come from centenary olive trees of the Quintas da Costa de Cima and Sol. The harvest is carried out manually, in order to preserve the structure of the tree, and the oil is extracted by mechanical means at low temperatures (less than 30oC) in the mill where a two-phase mechanical extraction takes place. The decanting process lasts between 2 and 3 months.
