Olive Oil Extra Virgin
Olive oil obtained from the olive trees of our estates located in Cumieira, sub-region of Baixo Corgo, Douro. The harvest is carried out manually, in order to preserve the integrity of the tree. The olives are carried directly to the mill in plastic food boxes with a capacity of 25 kg. No olives from the ground are used. The extraction is carried out mechanically at low temperatures, where a continuous 2-phase extraction is subsequently carried out. The decanting process lasts between 2 to 3 months.
