H.O Matrona Rosé 2023 is a very classy rosé. The nose is very complete and harmonious with nuances of fresh red fruit, white flowers, talcum powder and well-integrated wood spices reminiscent of white pepper. On the palate, it is very enveloping with a great sense of unctuousness combined with strong acidity, showing a slight sense of saltiness and a lot of persistence on the palate.
