Menin Wine Company was invited to participate in the “II Congress for Happiness and Well-being in Organizations”, having been represented by the HR Manager, Rafael Rodrigues.

This initiative is promoted by Happytown, within the scope of the International Day of Happiness, and aims to bring together research, academic rigor and its sustainability in the daily practice of companies and organisations.

We recall that the Menin Wine Company was considered in 2022 as one of the 20 happiest companies in Portugal, by the Happiness Works study, and has been recognized for the incentives given to its employees, namely the financing of their higher education and the financial support to face inflation.
